Gluten Free Sour Dough Baking Giveaway

I know of several people that are on a gluten free diet. As a matter of fact I believe our family is headed that way. My youngest is allergic to wheat and soy. So far she is able to handle spelt. However if we rely to heavily on that one grain she could become allergic to spelt too. The rest of our family seems to have some sensitivities to gluten. 

Just yesterday I was reading an article written by Sharon Kane. She guest posted at Real Food Forager. I found her article to be very inspiring. It is just what I needed in researching the gluten free diet. It was also great because I just started making things with my spelt sour dough starter.

Sharon Kane wrote a book called Gluten - Free Sour Dough Baking. Real Food Forager is doing a giveaway of the book. I encourage you to go check it out! I am super excited about all of the possibilities that this will open up for those that are on a gluten free diet.
